Adecco Sweden is recruiting a **Product Deployment Engineer (Search)** for a consultancy assignment with a global technology client in Stockholm. Scheduled from 14 December through 29 November 2027, the role operates under normal business hours with a **hybrid schedule requiring office attendance Tuesday through Thursday**. Acting as a technical advisor bridging business strategy and technical execution, the engineer designs, deploys, and optimizes advanced Google Search and AI-powered advertising solutions for major advertisers. Core responsibilities include managing deployment planning and timelines, running client workshops, conducting data integrations, and collaborating with sales, product, and engineering teams to resolve technical gaps and drive the adoption of tools such as AI Max for Search and Smart Bidding. Candidates must possess strong technical and business acumen alongside proven experience in **stakeholder and project management**, consultative problem-solving, and leading client initiatives in complex environments. Fluency in English is required, while proficiency in Dutch is an advantage. Preferred backgrounds include client-facing consulting or solutions engineering, enterprise technology deployments, and hands-on familiarity with digital advertising, AdTech, MarTech, search technologies, systems integration, and feed management solutions.

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Deployment Engineer (Search) to help drive the adoption and success of advanced Google Search and AI-powered advertising solutions for some of the world´s largest advertisers.
In this role, you will act as a trusted technical advisor, partnering with clients, sales teams, product specialists, and engineering stakeholders to design, deploy, and scale innovative Search solutions. You will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution while helping customers maximize performance and accelerate growth.
You will work with cutting-edge technologies and features, including AI Max for Search, Smart Bidding, advanced data integrations, feed-based solutions, and AI-driven advertising products, helping customers achieve sustainable business growth through technical excellence and strategic consulting.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize advanced Google Search and AI-driven advertising solutions.
- Serve as a technical expert and trusted advisor for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Lead solution deployment activities, ensuring successful implementation and adoption.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and commercial teams to address product gaps and improve customer outcomes.
- Manage project planning, timelines, status reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Develop best practices, implementation guides, and reusable documentation.
- Analyze customer challenges and propose scalable technical solutions.
- Conduct solution workshops and design sessions with customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify business opportunities and contribute to long-term solution and product strategies.
- Support partner business reviews and help drive the adoption of new technologies and features.

- Experience working with digital advertising, AdTech, MarTech, or search technologies.
- Experience deploying and supporting enterprise-scale technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of systems integration and solution architecture.

- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Previous experience in a client-facing consulting, solutions engineering, or technical advisory role.
