Hitachi Energy Sweden AB is looking for a **Product Implementation Manager** to join the design department at High Voltage Breakers. Serving as the lead project manager for the introduction and phase-out of products—including the eco-friendly EconiQ portfolio—in the factory, the position focuses on ensuring timely deliverables across product lifecycles. Working cross-functionally with sales, design, R&D, procurement, production, and after sales, duties involve overseeing implementation and small improvement projects, handling broad internal communications, and reporting progress directly to the R&D Project Manager, Local Product Manager, and local management team. Candidates must have an **engineering background or relevant work experience**, supported by strong communication skills, an aptitude for motivating others, and a commitment to teamwork. **Proficiency in both English and Swedish** is strictly required to facilitate collaboration across domestic teams and international units. While beneficial, prior experience in project management is an advantage rather than an absolute prerequisite.
The opportunity
We are seeking a structured and people-oriented Product Implementation Manager who will be the responsible project manager for introduction and phase out of products in our factory. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with sales, design, R&D, production and after sales to ensure that the products we develop and discontinue are properly introduced or discontinued. You´ll be a part of the Design team at High Voltage Breakers.
You will join the design department at HV Breakers. We currently have 350 employees and are growing to meet market demands. One key area is our eco-friendly products, EconiQ. We are a fast-paced company that encourages you to take initiative and be innovative.

How you´ll make an impact
- In a structured way manage the projects to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
- Collaborate with departments such as sales, design, procurement, and production.
- Manage all communication and report progress and results to the R&D Project Manager, Local Product Manager and the local management team.
- This position will give you the chance to get an overview and understand the different functions and their responsibility within HV Breakers.
Your background
- You have an engineering background or relevant work experience.
- As Product Implementation Manager it is essential that you are a great team player with an interest to learn about the products and the business.
- You contribute with your communication skills, as well as with your ability to motivate others.
- Prior project management experience is an advantage, but not a requirement.
- Proficient knowledge in English and Swedish is required since you need to communicate with employees in different departments and other countries.
