Kognity AB · Stockholm · Tills vidare · Deadline 2026-11-02

Kognity is looking for a **Product Manager** to join its EdTech scale-up. The position focuses on shaping the vision, strategy, and value proposition of an intelligent learning platform serving international schools and US high schools across more than 120 countries. Core responsibilities include leading discovery initiatives, establishing roadmaps that balance business goals with technical constraints, and partnering closely with Market PMs, Engineering, Design, and Content teams. The role also oversees product launch measurement, iteration, and user experience standards across the platform, with the work arranged under a **hybrid model** connected to the Stockholm office. Candidates must have proven **product management experience** centered on delivering complex, platform-wide features and designing scalable solutions across multiple markets. Essential qualifications include technical fluency to collaborate with engineering and data teams, strong cross-functional influencing skills, and hands-on experience using AI tools to support product building and execution. The multi-stage selection process includes recruiter and hiring manager discussions, a practical case study, a values interview, and a conversation with leadership.

Education changes lives. But tech hasn’t lived up to its promise for the more than 1 billion students in school around the world — at least not yet. At Kognity, we’re here to change that.

We’re a 125-person EdTech scale-up powering learning in 120+ countries. Our intelligent platform replaces traditional textbooks and combines rich, interactive pedagogy with smart AI and data to help students and teachers thrive — from international schools to US high schools.
