Instabee Group AB is hiring a **Product Manager for Delivery Execution** to join its central Group Operations team at its Stockholm headquarters. Candidates must hold a relevant academic degree and bring **at least four years of experience** in product management, business development, operations, or related analytical roles. The position requires proven ability to turn complex operational or optimization problems into product initiatives, solid business acumen for building business cases, strong dashboard and KPI skills, and stakeholder management capability across diverse functions. About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager for Delivery Execution to join our Group Operations team. In this role, you will own one of our most business-critical product areas, sitting at the very core of our last-mile operations across Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, and the Netherlands.
Working in close triad with an Engineering Manager and a Staff Engineer, you will set the direction, priorities, and roadmap for delivery execution. Together with the Product Manager Routing, you will share ownership of group routing KPIs covering efficiency and quality in Last Mile.
This role combines sharp user focus with analytical, business-driven problem-solving. You’ll work close to physical operations, dive deep into data, build business cases, and turn complex real-world challenges into scalable tech and operational solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Own the vision, roadmap, and prioritization for Delivery Execution.
- Driver Tools: Serve as the company owner for our driver applications and associated delivery tooling.
- Performance & Compensation: Develop and own our driver and courier performance frameworks, and guide courier compensation models.
- Driver Lifecycle: Inform driver onboarding and career development pathways.
- Operational Excellence: Drive continuous gains in cost efficiency, last-mile quality, and scalability across international markets.
- Data & KPIs: Define, monitor, and iterate on routing KPIs, dashboards, and operational performance insights.
- Consumer Experience: Set the standard for driver interactions with end consumers.
- Bridging Tech & Ops: Act as the primary interface between central tech and local market operations to drive adoption and tangible business value.
- Hardware Requirements: Identify and flag hardware requirements for last-mile drivers.
Your Future Team
You’ll join Group Operations, a central team collaborating closely with market operations, routing specialists, and engineering. The last-mile domain consists of two Product Managers sharing scope alongside dedicated data analysts, product designers, and engineers focused on turning high-level business strategy into execution.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in product management, business development, operations, or related analytical roles.
- Relevant academic degree.
- Proven track record of deconstructing complex operational or optimization problems into actionable product initiatives.
- Strong business acumen with experience building business cases and prioritizing by financial and operational impact.
- Strong capability working with data, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across diverse functions and organizational levels.
- Fluency in English (Swedish is optional).
More About You
- Action-Oriented in Ambiguity: You don’t wait for perfect data; you formulate hypotheses, build tests, and iterate quickly.
- Grounded in Reality: You enjoy getting out into the field—visiting hubs and terminals, riding along with drivers, and validating insights in the real world rather than solely behind dashboards.
- Pragmatic & Impact-Driven: While versed in modern product frameworks, you are equally comfortable championing direct operational adjustments when that delivers the highest business value.
What We Offer
- High-visibility ownership of a business-critical product area with direct impact on bottom-line efficiency.
- A collaborative, ambitious, and supportive product and engineering culture.
- Rapid iteration cycles and the opportunity to see your work deployed at international scale.
Perks & Benefits:
- 🏢 Brand-New Office: Collaborative space in our new Stockholm HQ.
- 🐶 Dog-Friendly Office: Bring your dog to designated dog-friendly office spaces.
- 🏓 Fun & Games: Foosball, shuffleboard, ping pong, and a private karaoke room.
- 👶 Parental Top-Up: 6 months of parental pay support.
- 🎂 Birthday Off: An extra paid day off every year to celebrate your birthday.
- ⏰ Flexible Hybrid Setup: Modern working hours designed to fit your life.
