Lovable Labs Sweden AB is seeking a **Product Marketing Manager, Growth** to serve as a strategic partner driving the company’s product-led growth. Working closely with product growth and engineering teams, the role sets the strategy for how self-serve users move from signup to activation and expansion. Responsibilities include building and prioritizing lifecycle roadmaps, owning messaging across email, push notifications, and in-app surfaces, and designing **A/B testing and experimentation** across onboarding and upgrade prompts. The position also involves analyzing behavioral data and usage signals to build feature adoption and expansion initiatives. Applicants must have at least **8+ years of experience** in product marketing, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing within a high-growth tech company. Direct experience with a product-led growth or self-serve product—specifically owning the signup-to-paid-to-expansion journey—is required, alongside a proven track record of writing customer-facing messaging and content. Candidates must also be capable of independently pulling and interpreting data using tools like Hex, Amplitude, or Looker, and must be fluent in English. Familiarity with developer audiences, CRM platforms such as Braze or Customer.io, and growth metrics like PQLs is advantageous.

What we’re looking for
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
- Experience at a high-growth tech company.
- Direct experience with a PLG or self serve product, including ownership of the signup to paid to expansion motion.
- Experience pulling and interpreting your own data from tools like Hex, Amplitude, and Looker, rather than relying on other teams for analysis.
- A track record of writing customer facing content, campaigns, or messaging that you can speak to in detail.
Nice to have
- Experience with lifecycle or CRM tools such as Braze, Iterable, or Customer.io, and analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Looker.
- Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and growth metrics, including PQLs, activation rate, and feature adoption.
- Experience working with developer, startup, or solo builder audiences.
- Experience scaling a self serve or PLG motion at a previous company.

- Analytically strong: you can read a dashboard, design an experiment, and determine whether it worked.
- A clear, concise writer, able to explain a complex feature in an email subject line or an in app tooltip.
- Experienced working directly with growth product and engineering teams, not just briefing them.
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams (tooling, experimentation, review cycles) without losing momentum.
- Able to build cross functional trust and alignment without formal authority.
- Biased toward shipping and testing quickly over lengthy planning cycles.
What you’ll do
- Set the strategy for how self serve users move through the journey from signup to activation to expansion, and decide where marketing has the most leverage to improve it.
- Build and prioritize the lifecycle and experimentation roadmap: which tests get run, in what order, and why, based on where the data says users get stuck.
- Partner closely with Product Growth and engineers, bringing your own analysis and point of view - not just as a marketing resource fulfilling requests, on which friction points matter most, what the lifecycle program should prioritize this quarter, and where a messaging change will outperform a product change, or vice versa.
- Own lifecycle messaging strategy across email, in app surfaces, and push notifications, from signup through activation and expansion.
- Design and run A/B tests across onboarding, activation, upgrade prompts, and in app messaging, and use the results to shape what we prioritize next.
- Develop a real point of view on our self serve user base (solo founders, indie hackers, small teams) and use it to guide both messaging and product growth strategy.
- Build feature adoption and expansion programs based on usage signals and behavioral data.
- Represent the growth marketing perspective in Product Growth's planning, not just its execution.
