RaySearch Laboratories is recruiting a **Program Manager** based at its headquarters in Hagastaden, Stockholm. Working within the Corporate Development & Strategy department and reporting directly to its Director, the position supports the execution of strategic company-wide initiatives. Core duties involve coordinating cross-functional projects, maintaining project plans and timelines, tracking deliverables, managing dependencies, and providing visibility into risks and priorities. The role also entails preparing presentations and decision material for management, establishing governance and reporting processes, and facilitating alignment and workshops across different functions. Candidates are expected to hold a **relevant higher education** degree in areas such as Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, Finance/Economics, or Marketing. Selection requires **at least two years of experience** in project, program, operations, strategy, business development, or a similar field, along with a background in coordinating complex initiatives, managing competing priorities, and working with senior stakeholders in fast-paced environments. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required alongside strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills.

We are looking for a Program Manager to support the execution of strategic initiatives across RaySearch’s Corporate Development & Strategy organization. Join us in driving cross-functional programs that help shape the future direction of RaySearch and contribute to improved cancer care worldwide.
About the job
In this role, you will help ensure that strategic initiatives are executed effectively and deliver the intended business value. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization, bringing structure, coordination, and momentum to cross-functional programs and projects.
You will coordinate activities across multiple teams, track deliverables, manage dependencies, and ensure that key initiatives continue to move forward according to plan. Acting as a central point of coordination, you will help align stakeholders, facilitate decision-making, and provide visibility into progress, risks, and priorities.
Working closely with the Director of Corporate Development & Strategy, you will support the execution of some of RaySearch’s most important strategic initiatives. The role offers broad exposure to company-wide strategic priorities and provides the opportunity to collaborate with senior stakeholders across the organization.
You will be part of the Corporate Development & Strategy department and report to the Director of the department.
Your main tasks
- Coordinate and support the execution of strategic programs and initiatives across the organization.
- Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and action tracking.
- Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders from different functions and departments.
- Monitor progress, identify risks and dependencies, and support issue resolution.
- Prepare program updates, presentations, and decision-making material for management.
- Follow up on commitments, deliverables, and agreed actions to ensure execution.
- Help establish effective ways of working, governance structures, and reporting processes for strategic initiatives.
- Support the planning, coordination, and follow-up of workshops, meetings, and strategic projects.
Your profile
We believe you have experience coordinating complex projects, programs, or cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
To succeed in this role, you are highly structured, proactive, and skilled at creating clarity in situations with multiple stakeholders and moving priorities. You enjoy driving things forward and have a natural ability to build relationships and coordinate efforts across functions.
We also believe that you have:
- Relevant higher education such as Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, Finance/Economics, Marketing
- At least two years of experience in project, program, operations, strategy, business development, or a similar field.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and navigating complex organizational environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
