Winthrop Technologies Sweden AB is looking for a **Project Lead** (CSA Project Manager) to join its team in Sweden delivering turnkey data center projects. The role entails taking responsibility for **overall project costs, schedules and budgets**, as well as managing subcontractors, vendors, and consultants. Daily work includes analysing critical milestones to prevent delays, reviewing construction proposals, pricing, and scopes, and leading client meetings. The position also oversees procurement, validates cost estimates, tracks equipment delivery according to the project timeline, handles invoices and payment applications, and coordinates final project handover to the client along with all close-out documentation and warranties. Applicants must possess at least **5 years of experience in a similar role** within engineering, project delivery, or a related discipline. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is required, alongside strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. A bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering is preferred but not essential, and previous data center experience is considered advantageous. The employer is open to adapting the role or workplace based on individual needs.

We are pleased to announce that we are seeking an experienced CSA Project Manager to join our team in Sweden.
Responsibilities:
· Manage overall project costs, schedules and budgets
· Manage Sub Contractors and other directly contracted vendors and consultants
· Analyse, track and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip
· Review construction proposals and related pricing & scopes
· Run and lead client & other required meetings
· Monitor & identify factors that influence construction costs to create reports on this data
· Knowledge and experience with all methods of construction procurement and long lead equipment.
· Review, validate and audit cost estimates prepared by sub-contractors and others within a client's organization
· Support engineering decisions relating to the project cost and budget while design-build changes take place during construction
· Track and ensure equipment is met as per the project schedule
· Coordinate and oversee scheduling consultant reviews on the project
· Review and approve final invoices, payment applications, retention payments
· Oversee and manage the transfer of the construction to the client including all close out documentation and warranties
Skills / Qualifications:
· 5 years of experience in a similar role, within Engineering, Project Delivery or related discipline
· Bachelors degree in Construction Mgmt/Engineering is preferred but not essential
