JobBusters is hiring a **Project Leader** for a full-time, fixed-term consultancy assignment based in Stockholm from 9 November 2026 until 30 June 2027. Operating under a **hybrid working model**, the role drives the bank-wide implementation of an enterprise Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) platform supporting assessments across Critical or Important Functions under DORA and Significant Processes. Responsibilities center on translating business and regulatory requirements into an actionable roadmap, defining milestones and deliverables, and coordinating business divisions, risk management, product owners, configuration specialists, and technology teams across Stockholm and Riga to expand the platform beyond Group Technology. Applicants must have extensive experience leading complex enterprise-wide system implementations, proven project leadership capabilities in roadmap development and delivery tracking, and strong stakeholder management across business and technology functions. Practical experience in a **complex banking environment** is required, alongside background in risk management, RCSA, DORA, or large-scale banking transformation. Candidates should also bring a structured, proactive, and delivery-focused approach capable of creating momentum across distributed teams.
Your New Role
We are looking for a senior Project Leader to drive the bank-wide implementation of an enterprise Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) platform. You will lead the rollout of a common solution to support risk assessments across Critical or Important Functions under DORA and Significant Processes.
In this role, you will translate business and regulatory requirements into a clear implementation roadmap, with defined milestones, ownership and deliverables. You will coordinate business divisions, risk management, product owners, configuration specialists and technology teams across Stockholm and Riga. Building on the platform’s existing use within Group Technology, you will ensure a successful expansion across the wider organisation.
