CLEEVEN SC AB is recruiting two professionals for the position of **Project Manager – Energy Delivery Projects**. This is a **permanent employment**, though applicants should note that relocation within Sweden might be considered during their tenure. The role focuses on leading and coordinating energy delivery initiatives from initial planning through execution and final handover. Key duties include managing project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and quality, while tracking progress to ensure delivery aligns with agreed requirements. The position also entails coordinating technical teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders, alongside ensuring strict compliance with relevant project procedures and safety standards. Candidates should have around **five years of project management experience**, preferably gained within the energy or power industry. Practical experience coordinating technical projects and multidisciplinary teams is essential, complemented by strong problem-solving, communication, and planning abilities. Professional **fluency in English** is required, while proficiency in Swedish is considered an advantage. Position and Responsibilities
Your responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate energy delivery projects from planning to execution and handover.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and quality.
- Coordinate stakeholders, subcontractors, and technical teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure delivery according to agreed requirements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards and project procedures.
Qualifications
- Around 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the energy or power industry.
- Experience coordinating technical projects and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English; Swedish is an advantage.
