Sivers Wireless AB is seeking a **Quality Engineer** to drive product, process, and quality system improvements across its Photonics and Wireless operations. Working cross-functionally alongside operations, engineering, supply chain, and other departments, the role focuses on ensuring that products and processes consistently meet internal standards, customer expectations, and applicable regulatory requirements. This is a **hands-on role** centred on proactively identifying quality risks, leading issues through to closure, and fostering continuous improvement and a strong quality culture. Candidates are expected to bring **structured problem-solving**, strong ownership, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency to the position.
The Quality Engineer is responsible for driving product, process, and quality system improvements across Sivers' Photonics and Wireless operations. Working cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other teams, the role ensures products and processes consistently meet company, customer, and applicable regulatory requirements.
This is a hands-on, results-oriented role requiring strong ownership, structured problem-solving, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency.
