NDP IT AB is recruiting a **Quality Engineer R&D & Operations** on behalf of a client located just outside Malmö. In this role, the engineer takes ownership of quality activities across product development, suppliers, and manufacturing. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining the quality management system, coordinating certifications and audits, and managing customer complaints through root cause analysis and corrective actions. The position also involves supporting development projects with risk assessments, quality methods, and documentation, establishing test strategies and verification plans, supporting industrialisation, and monitoring quality data to drive continuous improvements across the value chain. Candidates must have experience in **quality engineering within manufacturing** or another technically advanced environment. The role requires a solid understanding of quality management systems and auditing, alongside practical experience in product development, product quality, verification, or validation. Applicants need demonstrated competence in handling non-conformities, risk assessments, and continuous improvement, combined with strong analytical skills. **Fluency in both Swedish and English**, spoken and written, is required.

Our client just outside Malmö is looking for someone who combines experience in quality management systems and audits with a practical understanding of product development and manufacturing.
You will drive quality activities across the value chain, working closely with R&D and production to ensure that requirements are translated into reliable products, effective processes and measurable improvements.
Your responsibilities
Working closely with R&D and production, you will:
- Develop and maintain the quality management system and coordinate certifications and audits.
- Manage customer complaints and non-conformities, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Support development projects with quality methods, risk assessments and documentation.
- Develop test strategies and verification plans, ensuring quality requirements are verified and validated.
- Support industrialisation and a smooth transition from development to production.
- Monitor quality performance and use data to drive improvements.
Your background
You have experience in quality engineering within manufacturing or another technically advanced environment. You are comfortable driving activities independently and collaborating across functions.
You bring:
- A solid understanding of quality management systems and auditing.
- Experience in product development, product quality, verification or validation.
- A structured approach to non-conformities, risk assessments and continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
