Axis Communications is hiring a **Quality Technician** for its Configuration and Logistics Center (CLC1) in Lund. This full-time position reports to the CLC1 Manager and requires **full on-site presence** with no hybrid option. Serving as the primary contact between CLC1 and Supply Chain Quality, the role focuses on maintaining and updating work instructions, administering Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), tracking quality deviations, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions. Additional tasks include overseeing onboarding materials, driving continuous process improvements, and monitoring compliance with ISO 14001 standards within the facility. Applicants must have previous experience working in **manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse operations**. Strong written and spoken communication skills in both Swedish and English are necessary, alongside solid administrative capabilities, documentation experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Prior work in quality management or process development is sought, while familiarity with ISO 14001, the IFS ERP system, and Lean methodologies—such as A3 problem solving or Fishbone Analysis—is considered meritorious.

Your Role As a Quality Technician, you play a central role in the CLC1 organization, ensuring that our processes and quality routines function effectively and are followed in daily operations. You will serve as an important link between Supply Chain Quality (SCQ) and the CLC1 organization and actively contribute to developing our quality work.
The position is full-time and based on site at CLC1, with no hybrid work option. It reports to the CLC1 Manager.
Key Responsibilities In this role, you will among other things:
- Ensure that work instructions and process documentation are up to date at CLC1, relevant and effective in supporting the business.
- Structure, develop and maintain onboarding and buddy program materials.
- Act as the SPOC (Single Point of Contact) between CLC1 and Supply Chain Quality (SCQ).
- Administer and follow up on NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports).
- Follow up on quality deviations, identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
- Actively work with continuous improvements in quality, processes and ways of working.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with ISO 14001 requirements within the organization.
- Support the organization in quality-related matters and contribute to a strong quality culture.

We Would Like You to Have
- Experience in quality management, process development or similar roles.
- Strong administrative skills and experience working with documentation.
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Meritorious
- Experience working with the IFS ERP system.
- Experience with ISO 14001.
- Knowledge of Lean and improvement methodologies such as A3 problem solving, Fishbone Analysis or similar tools.
Requirements
- Previous experience from manufacturing, logistics or warehouse operations.
