Ericsson AB is recruiting a **Real Estate Portfolio Project Manager** through its 18-month Early Career Program (Excellerate track), designed for recent graduates or professionals with up to five years of relevant experience. The program features three rotations, including **one international rotation**, spanning commercial, operational, and financial business areas. Based initially in Sweden with the Portfolio & Project Management Team, the role supports the Swedish real estate portfolio across operational and strategic activities. Responsibilities include coordinating leasing, workplace initiatives, and space requirements, preparing business cases and analyses, tracking costs, and collaborating closely with the project team managing Ericsson's long-term HQ relocation to Hagastaden. Candidates must hold a **university degree** in Real Estate, Real Estate Economics, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong analytical and organizational abilities are essential, alongside very good written and spoken English and Swedish. Prior experience or internships within real estate, construction, project management, workplace, facility management, or consulting are considered an advantage rather than a requirement.

Your journey within the Early Career Program will start as a Real Estate Portfolio Project Manager.
What you will do
As part of the Portfolio & Project Management Team Sweden, you will support Ericsson’s Swedish real estate portfolio across strategic and operational activities, gradually taking ownership with guidance from experienced colleagues.
You will work closely with the project team involved in Ericsson’s HQ relocation to Hagastaden. This long-term strategic move supports how we work today and Ericsson’s future development, bringing us closer to an ecosystem of universities, research institutes, start-ups and established companies.
- Support Ericsson’s Swedish real estate portfolio, including lease and property activities.
- Contribute to leasing, workplace initiatives and space requirements.
- Prepare analyses, presentations and business cases for leases, investments, projects and portfolio changes.
- Coordinate real estate and workplace projects, including timelines, deliverables and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, landlords, consultants, suppliers and external partners.
- Analyse real estate and project data for reporting and decision-making.
- Support cost tracking, follow-up and quality assurance.
- Improve ways of working, reporting and data quality.
You will bring
We are looking for someone curious, analytical and motivated to develop within corporate real estate and project management. You are structured, solution-oriented and collaborative, taking initiative and ownership while seeking guidance when needed.
In addition, we believe you have:
- A university degree in Real Estate, Real Estate Economics, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Urban Planning, Business Administration or a related field.
- A strong interest in corporate real estate, portfolio and project management.
- Previous experience in real estate, construction, project management, workplace, facility management, consulting or a related field is an advantage, but not required.
- Experience in projects, analysis, coordination or stakeholder management through work, internships or university projects is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of, or interest in, real estate, leasing, construction or workplace topics.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and seek support when needed.
- Very good command of written and spoken English and Swedish.
