Aktiebolaget Tetra Pak seeks a **Replenishment Manager** based in Lund to join the Planning & Quality department within its Services Supply Network. In this role, you will lead, coach, and develop a team of 10 professionals responsible for replenishment operations, purchasing, and ongoing process improvements to secure parts availability globally. Key responsibilities include participating in the departmental management team, owning the **purchase-to-pay process**, driving automation and digitalization, managing team budgets and KPIs, and ensuring effective sourcing when established supplier setups are not yet in place. The employer provides flexible working arrangements. Applicants must have several years of successful people leadership experience alongside a background in supply chain planning, replenishment, purchasing, or a related field. Candidates should hold a **university degree or equivalent relevant experience**, demonstrate a data-driven mindset with familiarity in digital tools such as Power BI and automation platforms, and possess fluent written and spoken English. Experience with World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methodologies and tools is considered an advantage. Final candidates may be subject to a background check.

We’re looking for a Replenishment Manager to join the Planning & Quality department within Services Supply Network (SSN) at Tetra Pak. In this role, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our global supply network while leading continuous improvement, automation, and customer-focused ways of working.
The position is based in Lund, Sweden.
What you will do
As Replenishment Manager, you will lead a team of 10 experienced professionals, responsible for replenishment operations, purchasing activities, and continuous process improvements. Together with your team, you will help ensure excellent parts availability for customers worldwide while driving the next generation of replenishment capabilities through automation and digitalisation.
You will:
- Be a member of the Planning & Quality management team and contribute to shaping the future direction of our global supply network.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10 professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance.
- Own and continuously improve the purchase-to-pay process and related operational workflows.
- Identify and implement opportunities for automation, digitalization, and process optimization.
- Collaborate closely with Supplier Management, Supply Optimisation, and other key stakeholders across the business.
- Manage team performance through KPIs, budget, and structured performance management.
- Ensure effective sourcing for parts where an established supplier setup is not yet in place.

- The ability to lead change and challenge established ways of working
- Experience with WCM methodologies and tools is considered an advantage.
- You hold a university degree or have equivalent relevant experience.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both written and spoken
