Elicera Therapeutics AB is seeking a **Research Associate, Cell and Gene Therapy** to join its R&D team developing cancer therapies based on CAR T and oncolytic adenovirus platforms. The position involves experimental laboratory work, including culturing and handling mammalian cells such as CAR T cells, running flow cytometry, and conducting molecular and cell-based assays. Responsibilities also include the analysis and interpretation of preclinical and translational data, executing and documenting **GMP-related manufacturing work**, and assisting with project coordination, regulatory, and quality activities. Applicants must hold a **master’s degree or higher in a relevant life science field** and have fluent written and spoken English. Practical, hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture, flow cytometry, and molecular and cell-based assays is required, along with a structured and careful working style. Candidates are also expected to have knowledge of CAR T or viral vector systems, as well as familiarity with GMP standards and documentation requirements.

The role
You will work in our R&D team on the CAR T and adenovirus-based programmes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Experimental cell and molecular biology work in support of our programmes
- Culture and handling of mammalian cells, including CAR T cells
- Flow cytometry and cell- and molecular-based assays
- Analysis and scientific interpretation of preclinical and translational data
- Execution and documentation of GMP-related manufacturing work
- Supporting regulatory, quality and project coordination activities
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in a relevant life science field
- Hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture and flow cytometry
- Experience with molecular and cell-based assays
- Knowledge of CAR T or viral vector work
- Familiarity with GMP and documentation requirements
- Strong analytical skills and a structured, careful way of working
- Fluent English, spoken and written
