Veritaz AB is looking for an experienced **SAP Business One Consultant** for a consulting assignment with an international industrial company operating across Sweden and Italy. Based remotely in Sweden, the consultant will support a recent corporate acquisition where the acquired Italian firm uses SAP Business One. The primary focus involves mapping the existing ERP setup and configuration, analysing business processes, system dependencies, and integrations, and evaluating migration options to align with the parent company's broader architecture. Core responsibilities also include assisting with master and transactional data migration, ensuring data quality, mitigating technical risks, supporting testing and validation, and collaborating with cross-border stakeholders. Candidates must have **hands-on experience with SAP Business One**, covering system configuration and environment analysis. Applicants also require proven competence in **ERP integration and migration assessments**, data flows, and migration of both master and transactional data, as well as the ability to assist with solution handover and testing. Working experience spanning business and technical functions in an international environment is considered beneficial.

Role Summary
An experienced SAP Business One Consultant is needed for a consulting assignment with an international industrial company operating in Sweden and Italy. The assignment is connected to a recent corporate acquisition in which the Italian company uses SAP Business One. The objective is to assess, coordinate, and establish an appropriate future-state solution that aligns the acquired company's ERP environment with the parent company's existing business systems and processes.
The consultant will evaluate the current SAP Business One setup, analyse integration and migration needs, and help define a practical approach for the future system landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Map the existing SAP Business One environment, including its configuration.
- Analyse business processes, data, integrations, and dependencies between systems.
- Investigate and plan migration or integration with the parent company's existing system landscape.
- Support data migration and data quality assurance, including relevant master data and transactional data.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and technical challenges, and recommend suitable solutions.
- Collaborate with business representatives and technical stakeholders in Sweden and Italy.
- Contribute to testing, validation, and handover of the implemented solution.
Technical Stack & Requirements
- Hands-on experience with SAP Business One, including analysis of existing environments and configuration.
