MultiMind Holding AB is seeking a **Senior Accessory Designer** on behalf of a global fashion and retail client. The position focuses on exclusive **guest designer collaborations**, creating collections that combine high-fashion aesthetics, innovation, and sustainability. Key duties involve guiding accessory lines from initial concept and sketching through to production across categories such as jewellery, sunglasses, bags, footwear, and related products. Day-to-day work includes translating external collaboration partners' ideas into complete collections, working with premium materials and construction, and coordinating closely with product managers, developers, pattern makers, international teams, and production offices. Candidates must hold a **bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field** alongside at least 5 years of experience as a designer with an established background in collection development. The position requires experience working with international fashion brands, extensive knowledge of accessories (especially jewellery and sunglasses), strong technical knowledge of materials and product development, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and **fluency in English**. Experience with footwear and underwear is considered an advantage.

About the role
You will play an important role in developing accessories from initial ideas to finished products, working closely with product managers, product developers, pattern makers, and external partners.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Designing and developing accessories, jewellery, sunglasses, bags, footwear, and other product categories.
- Translating collaboration partners’ ideas into creative designs and complete product collections.
- Contributing to collection building and creating designs that strengthen brand identity.
- Working with premium materials, components, and product construction.
- Following the product development process from concept and sketching to production.
- Collaborating with international teams, suppliers, and production offices.
- Identifying trends and contributing to innovative and sustainable product development.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a creative, independent, and hands-on designer with a strong fashion sense and a passion for high-end fashion.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience working as a designer, with a strong background in collection development.
