21Activa Bemanning & Rekrytering AB is seeking a **Senior Accessory Designer** for a temporary client assignment based in Stockholm. Running from 10 November 2026 to 29 June 2027 at an **80% employment extent**, the position reports to the Assortment Manager at GD New Development within the Accessory, Footwear, Bags & Belts department. Working alongside product managers, product developers, and pattern makers, the designer handles products from start to finish, with a primary focus on designing accessories, shoes, and bags for Guest Designer collections. Responsibilities include sketching partner concepts, co-creating assortments with premium materials, and collaborating closely with production offices, suppliers, and vendors. Applicants must hold at least a **BA qualification in Fashion or Textile Design** and have a minimum of five years of experience at designer level, including work with international fashion brands and demonstrated strength in overall collection building. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and fluency in English are required; Swedish is not necessary. Candidates need deep knowledge across all accessory categories, particularly jewelry and sunglasses, alongside solid technical competence in product creation and material handling. Experience with underwear and footwear is considered an advantage.

Our customer is now loooking for a Senior Accessory Designer
As a Senior Designer at New Development Accessories, you will be a key player in the exciting process of creating products. Together with a talented team consisting of product managers, product developers and pattern makers, you will handle various projects and work in close collaboration with different teams across functional and new setups for each project. In this position, you will focus on designing accessories, shoes, and bags from start to end.

You will be in close contact with both production offices and sometimes directly with suppliers and vendors, building successful partnerships, and finding new ways of working.

We are looking for a creative and inspirational Product Designer with a track record of creating high-fashion jewelry and accessories.
This role will both take the design ideas from a collab partner and sketch it out or co-create the accessory assortment for all our Guest Designer collections. You have well established design process skills and have previously worked with premium materials, components and making across all accessory product types.
We believe you have a high fashion sense, a strong feeling and intuition for trends as well as sustainability and innovation driven mindset.
We believe that you as a person are driven, hands-on, and self-motivated. You are curious and have a genuine passion for high-end fashion. You are well-organized, love to collaborate, and can combine a creative and holistic perspective in all parts of the product development process.
This role sits in the Accessory, Footwear, Bags & Belts department, designing all Guest Design concepts.
Kvalifikationer
- A minimum of a BA qualification in Fashion/Textile Design
- Has minimum 5 years’ experience at Designer level with a strength in overall collection building.
- Deep knowledge across all accessory types; jewelry, sunglasses. Underwear and footwear knowledge is meriting.
- Strong independence and drive
- Previous experience of working with international fashion brands
- Excellent technical knowledge of how products are created with attention to details, good technical knowledge and working with premium materials
- Strong aesthetic and design process ability to create for our customer and for brand building missions
- Strong skills in working in Adobe Creative Suite programs.
- Strong communication skills and true team player
- Able to priorities with an organized & structured approach
- Flexible mindset and adaptable to changes in a fast moving & growing industry
- Fluent in English (Swedish not necessary)
Additional Information
This is a part-time temporary position to start with starting in November 2026, based in Stockholm and you will report to the Assortment Manager at GD New development
