Incluso AB is hiring a **Senior Accounting Specialist** for a full-time consultancy assignment based in Solna, running on a two-year limited contract (structured as 1+1 years) starting November 5th. Operating within a banking environment, the position is **100% onsite in Solna** and focuses on managing complex financial and regulatory reporting processes. Daily responsibilities include handling both local and group reporting requirements, managing consolidation processes in an international group setting, practical application of IFRS, and working with hedge accounting—encompassing documentation, effectiveness testing, and ongoing reporting—alongside accounting treatments for financial instruments. Candidates must possess extensive experience in senior accounting and financial reporting within the banking sector, combined with proven experience in **regulatory reporting to Finansinspektionen**, the Riksbank, and Statistics Sweden (SCB). The role demands strong analytical capabilities to interpret and implement accounting rules independently, as well as fluency in both Swedish and English. Preferred qualifications include experience supporting external audits, working on regulatory change or implementation projects, stakeholder management skills, and a background in dynamic, complex financial organisations.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounting Specialist for a full-time assignment with an expected duration of 12-24 months. The consultant will play a key role in financial and regulatory reporting activities within a banking environment and support both local and group reporting requirements.
Key Requirements
• Extensive experience in senior accounting and financial reporting roles within the banking sector.
• Proven experience with regulatory reporting to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finansinspektionen).
• Hands-on experience with reporting to the Riksbank and Statistics Sweden (SCB).
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and its practical application in a banking environment.
• Experience with hedge accounting, including documentation, effectiveness testing, and ongoing reporting requirements.
• Solid understanding of financial instruments and related accounting treatments.
• Experience working in an international group environment, including group reporting and consolidation processes.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and implement regulatory and accounting requirements.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex reporting processes with high accuracy and quality.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting audits and interacting with external auditors.
• Experience in regulatory change projects or implementation of new reporting requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in dynamic and complex financial organizations.
The ideal candidate combines deep technical accounting expertise with extensive regulatory reporting experience in the banking sector and is comfortable operating in an international, highly regulated environment.
This role requires fluency in English and Swedish.
