Capgemini Sverige AB is seeking a **Senior Application Consultant** to join its Digital Customer Experience team based in Stockholm. Working within a Nordic Pega development team of over 40 colleagues, the role focuses on delivering Business Process Management solutions for clients. Responsibilities involve offering expert guidance from early project phases through to platform implementation and integration, establishing appropriate architectures, and solving complex client challenges to support evolving business requirements. The position benefits from **flexible work arrangements**, including options for remote work and flexible hours. Applicants must have experience in BPM or CRM development along with a demonstrated drive to adopt new technologies. A **CSSA or CLSA certification** is required for the position. Your role
Join our dynamic Pega development team in Stockholm, the largest in the Nordics, where you'll collaborate with over 40 talented colleagues to deliver innovative solutions for our clients. As a key player in our team, you'll:
- Lead the Way: Provide expert advice from the early stages of projects through to the implementation and integration of the Pega platform, ensuring the right architecture and solutions are in place.
- Solve Complex Challenges: Leverage our global experience and expertise to tackle our clients' toughest problems, enabling them to swiftly adapt to new business needs and opportunities.
- Embrace Cutting-Edge Technology: Work with the latest trends in Business Process Management (BPM), primarily within Pega, and stay at the forefront of technological advancements.

Your profile
- Experience in BPM / CRM development.
- A great drive to develop and adopt new technology.
- Certified CSSA or CLSA.
