The position operates under the Teknikföretagen (Almega) collective agreement. Working alongside business stakeholders and technical teams, the consultant designs, tests, deploys, and maintains end-to-end solutions. Responsibilities include building scalable workflows, establishing reusable components, and managing UiPath Orchestrator and deployment environments. The work also involves integrating solutions with APIs and databases, applying OCR and intelligent document processing, implementing version control and CI/CD pipelines, and conducting technical reviews and operational documentation. Candidates must have strong experience delivering enterprise RPA solutions using **UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate**, alongside solid knowledge of automation architecture, security, and governance. Technical qualifications require development skills in **C#, VB.NET, or Python**, coupled with SQL, API integration, testing, production support, and Agile delivery. Clear communication and the ability to translate business requirements into technical designs are essential. UiPath or Microsoft certifications, experience with Document Understanding or AI tools, and familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or Lean Six Sigma are advantageous. 💼 Your Role
As a Consultant at VIPAS AB, you'll work with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify automation opportunities, design solutions, and support delivery from requirements through production.
You will combine hands-on development with solution design and technical guidance. The role involves building scalable automation workflows, integrating business systems, and improving the performance and reliability of existing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
. Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate.
- Develop enterprise RPA architecture, reusable components, and development standards.
- Configure and manage UiPath Orchestrator, robots, deployment environments, and licensing.
- Integrate automation workflows with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
- Apply OCR and intelligent document processing to automate document-based processes.
- Implement version control and CI/CD practices for automation delivery.
- Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and identify improvements.
- Prepare solution designs, technical documentation, and operational guidance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on requirements, priorities, risks, and delivery.
- Support colleagues through technical reviews and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
- Strong experience delivering enterprise RPA solutions with UiPath.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
- A solid understanding of automation architecture, security, scalability, and governance.
- Development skills in C#, VB.NET, or Python, alongside SQL and API integration.
- Experience with testing, deployment, production support, and Agile delivery.
- The ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach.
It is a plus if you have:
- UiPath Solution Architect or Advanced RPA Developer certification.
- Microsoft Power Automate certification.
- Experience with UiPath Document Understanding, OCR, or cognitive services.
- Knowledge of UiPath Insights, Power BI, Copilot, or agentic AI.
- Experience automating processes within retail, finance, or aviation.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, Jira, and Confluence.
