Techrytera AB is seeking a **Senior Business Analyst (custody)** for a full-time consultancy assignment based in Solna, running from 16 November 2026 to 10 November 2027. Working within large-scale transformation initiatives, the role involves taking ownership of complex business analysis from initial assessment through to implementation. Key responsibilities include leading analytical work, coordinating and influencing stakeholders across all organizational levels, and collaborating closely with technology teams to drive delivery and establish structure within complex environments. Applicants must have extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst alongside **deep custody domain expertise**, encompassing custody processes, products, and operations. A technical background with experience working directly with technology teams is essential, as is fluency in **both Swedish and English**. Strong preferences include hands-on knowledge of tax reporting in custody—particularly QI, TRACE, or KU reporting—and a practical understanding of translating tax requirements into operational and technical solutions. Experience with SRD II, global markets, custody data models, or platforms such as Broadridge, ISS, or equivalent voting and disclosure tools is considered highly advantageous.

Job Description We are looking for a senior, self-driven, and forward-leaning individual with deep Custody domain expertise. The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder who is comfortable working independently, taking the lead in complex analysis, and influencing and coordinating stakeholders at all levels.
Required experience and capabilities:
- Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst within the Custody domain.
- Deep understanding of Custody processes, products, and operations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in large-scale transformation programs.
- Strong delivery focus with the ability to create structure and drive progress in complex environments.
- Technical background and experience working closely with technology teams.
- Ability to operate autonomously and take ownership from analysis through implementation.
Strongly preferred experience:
- Hands-on experience and strong knowledge of tax reporting within Custody is a strong preference.
- Experience with QI, TRACE and/or KU reporting is considered a significant advantage.
- Experience working with SRD II, global markets, custody data models, and vendor solutions such as Broadridge, ISS, or equivalent -voting/disclosure platforms would be highly advantageous.
- Practical understanding of how tax-reporting requirements translate into operational processes, business requirements, and system solutions is highly valued.
