🔧 About the Role
As a Calibration Leader, you’ll take ownership of projects ranging from a few months to approximately one year.
Your primary focus will be on planning, prioritization, coordination, and project follow-up, while leading cross-functional teams and ensuring successful delivery to both internal and external customers.
Key areas of the projects include:

- Emissions
- Vehicle attributes
- Performance
- On-Board Diagnostics (OBD)
- Project planning and prioritization
- Progress tracking and reporting
- Internal alignment and stakeholder management
- Customer meetings, discussions, and presentations

- Balancing project scope, budget, and delivery
