Framna Sweden AB is seeking a **Senior Cloud Developer** based at its studio in Gothenburg to lead the technical direction of a business-critical medical technology solution running on Azure. The role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, guiding a solution that includes React and Angular frontends, C# backends, and a .NET MAUI mobile app. Key responsibilities include breaking down work, delegating within the team, and collaborating with partner stakeholders across commercial, regulatory, legal, and IT domains to ensure delivery meets quality standards, ISO audits, and traceability requirements. The developer also assists local sales efforts by meeting prospective clients and shaping technical proposals. Working arrangements follow a **studio-first model** with flexibility to work from home, requiring candidates to reside in Gothenburg or within commuting distance, as relocation support is not offered. Over time, the position may expand into broader technical leadership within the Gothenburg studio. Candidates must have solid experience developing backend and cloud solutions using **C#/.NET on Azure**, paired with an understanding of how applications, APIs, and cloud infrastructure integrate. Applicants must possess strong communication skills to facilitate workshops, present proposals, and connect technical decisions with commercial requirements, along with a structured approach to documentation and quality ownership. Frontend or mobile experience, background in regulated environments, and an interest in AI-assisted development tools are advantageous.

As our next Senior Cloud Developer, you’ll be based in our Gothenburg studio, leading the technical work and collaborating closely with our partner's teams and tech leads.
You’ll work on a business-critical software solution in the medical technology space, spanning frontend, backend and mobile, and running on Azure. The role combines hands-on technical work with collaboration across business, regulatory, legal and IT to navigate complex requirements and shape practical solutions.
You’ll also be part of Framna’s wider cloud and engineering community, where developers across our studios regularly exchange knowledge and learn from one another.
What you will do
In your day-to-day, you’ll lead the team’s software delivery, ensuring releases meet quality and regulatory requirements and that changes remain well-documented and traceable. You’ll also validate technical proposals with regulatory stakeholders and contribute to architecture discussions and ISO audits.
More specifically, you will:
- Own the technical direction of a solution with React and Angular frontends, C# backends and a .NET MAUI mobile app, all running on Azure
- Run discussions with the partners’s commercial, regulatory, legal and IT stakeholders, and turn their requirements into working solutions
- Break work into stories, delegate within the team and build hands-on in the stack
- Take a leading role in representing Framna externally, alongside our sales team in Gothenburg. You’ll meet existing and prospective partners and help shape solutions and proposals.
Who you are
Are you ready to make this role your own? You might recognise yourself if you:
- Have solid experience building backend and cloud solutions with C#/.NET on Azure, ideally with some frontend or mobile experience too.
- Understand how different parts of a software solution interact, from applications and APIs to cloud infrastructure.
- Take ownership of technical decisions and quality, with a structured approach to documentation and traceability. Experience in a regulated environment is a plus.
- Enjoy sharing your knowledge, guiding other developers and helping a team find the right technical solutions.
- Communicate confidently with partners and stakeholders, connecting technical decisions to business needs. You’re comfortable presenting, facilitating workshops and contributing to commercial discussions.
- Are curious about AI-assisted and agentic development, and actively explore how AI tools can improve your everyday work.
