Hykmann Global Business Solutions AB is engaging a **Senior Data Manager Graph Intelligence & Customer 360** for a consulting assignment based in Gothenburg. The position operates on a **fully on-site** arrangement with immediate or short-notice availability required. Working on an enterprise technology initiative focused on Customer 360 and connected enterprise data, the role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, architecture, and engineering. Core responsibilities include facilitating workshops, discovering and documenting use cases across accounts, contracts, products, and services, capturing functional and non-functional requirements, creating user stories and process flows, and evaluating use case prioritization to support roadmap planning. Applicants must hold senior or principal-level experience as a **Data Manager, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role**, alongside experience with enterprise applications, analytics platforms, CRM, or data-driven solutions. Proven expertise in workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and requirements documentation is essential. A Swedish work authorization visa is mandatory, as no sponsorship is available, and candidates must pass a background verification process before starting. Familiarity with graph databases, customer master data, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and AI productivity tools is advantageous.

About the Assignment
We are looking for a Senior Data Manager to join a large-scale enterprise technology initiative focused on Customer 360, Graph Intelligence, and connected enterprise data.
You will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, architecture, and engineering, helping identify, define, and prioritize high-value use cases that leverage connected data across customers, accounts, products, contracts, services, finance, assets, and customer interactions.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Data Manager / Business Analyst with strong stakeholder management and requirements-gathering experience who wants to work on a strategic, enterprise-wide data platform.
Key Responsibilities
Business Use Case Discovery
- Identify and document Customer 360, Key Account, Cross-Business Area, and Graph Intelligence use cases.
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Translate business objectives into structured use cases and requirements.
- Define user personas, workflows, KPIs, success criteria, and expected business outcomes.
Requirements Gathering
- Lead requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders, SMEs, and product owners.
- Capture functional and non-functional requirements.
- Define business processes, user journeys, and data requirements.
- Prepare business requirements, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
Customer 360 & Graph Intelligence
- Analyze relationships between customer, account, contract, finance, service, product, asset, and organizational data.
- Identify opportunities where connected data can generate business value.
- Help define KPIs, business metrics, intelligence signals, and reusable insights.
- Support use cases around Customer 360, Key Account Management, Loyalty, Cross-Sell, Share-of-Wallet, and Risk.
Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple business areas and regions.
- Facilitate collaboration between business teams, product management, architecture, and engineering.
- Manage feedback and alignment throughout design, development, UAT, and rollout.
Strategic Planning & Prioritization
- Evaluate use cases based on business value, data availability, adoption potential, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment.
- Support roadmap planning and MVP definition.
- Contribute to business cases and value hypotheses for future initiatives.
Required Experience
- Senior or Principal-level experience as a Data Manager, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role.
- Experience with enterprise applications, analytics platforms, customer data, CRM, or data-driven solutions.
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience creating: User stories, Process flows, Business requirements documents, Functional specifications
Preferred Experience
- Customer 360 / Customer Data experience.
- Key Account Management process knowledge.
- Understanding of customer master data and account hierarchies.
- Experience with data platforms, analytics, or reporting solutions.
- Familiarity with graph databases, knowledge graphs, or relationship-centric data models.
- Experience with data remediation strategies.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar enterprise delivery tools.
- Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and workplace efficiency.
Background Check
The selected consultant will be required to complete an appropriate background verification process before the start of the assignment, in accordance with applicable legislation and client requirements.
The verification may include:

- Corporate directorship checks where applicable
