The position focuses on the functional configuration, continuous development, and improvement of the client's IFS Cloud ERP system and business processes across manufacturing, supply chain, warehousing, sales, and finance. Key duties include analyzing business requirements, designing and configuring system solutions, troubleshooting operational issues, and ensuring robust cross-functional integrations. The position is based in Sweden with **remote work and occasional travel to Skåne**, and the role may either be filled by one broad consultant or split between two specialists covering different functional areas. Applicants must possess senior-level functional consulting and configuration experience in **IFS Cloud**, alongside proven expertise in ERP-supported processes. Candidates must be able to translate operational needs into technical solutions, evaluate process flows, and resolve integration-related issues. The assignment is open both to generalists with broad process expertise across manufacturing, sales, and finance, as well as specialists focusing specifically on either manufacturing and supply chain or finance and integrations.

Role Summary
An experienced IFS Cloud Consultant is needed for a consulting assignment with an international industrial company. The assignment focuses on the continued development and improvement of the organization's ERP system and business processes across manufacturing, supply chain, warehousing, sales, and finance.
The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze needs, design and configure system solutions, and resolve operational issues. A key objective is to ensure efficient end-to-end processes and reliable integrations between different parts of the organization.
The client is primarily seeking a broad consultant able to work across multiple process areas. The assignment may also be divided between two complementary consultants: one focused on manufacturing and supply chain, and another focused on finance and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional configuration and continued development of IFS Cloud.
- Analysis business needs and design system solutions that support operational requirements.
- Evaluate, design, and improve business processes within relevant functional areas.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in systems and process flows.
- Support effective process flows and integrations across manufacturing, supply chain, warehouse, sales, and finance functions.
- Collaborate closely with business users and stakeholders throughout analysis, solution design, configuration, and issue resolution activities.
Technical Stack & Requirements
- Strong functional consulting and configuration experience in IFS Cloud .
- Experience working with ERP-supported processes across manufacturing, supply chain, warehousing, sales, and finance.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional system configurations and process improvements.
- Experience investigating system issues, process-flow defects, and integration-related operational problems.
- Knowledge of ERP integrations between business functions is particularly relevant.
Qualifications & Experience
Senior-level experience as an IFS Cloud consultant is required. The ideal candidate has broad functional ERP expertise and can work across several business process areas. Candidates with complementary specialist experience in either manufacturing and supply chain or finance and integrations are also relevant for the assignment.
