Rasulson Consulting AB seeks a **senior lösningsarkitekt** for an assignment with a public-sector client developing a fairer, more equivalent grading system. The primary objective is to produce a fact-based decision basis for a future digital assessment service. Working closely with internal architects and technical specialists, the role involves evaluating technical options for complex, business-critical IT solutions, defining the target architecture, and assessing feasibility, integrations, scalability, robustness, and long-term management requirements. Eligible applicants must hold **competence level 4 or higher** and demonstrate documented architectural experience in complex, business-critical IT solutions or digital platforms. The position requires having served as an enterprise architect, solution architect, or equivalent across at least two assignments between 1 January 2021 and the tender date, including strategic analysis of technical options for establishing or developing complex solutions. Candidates must also have documented hands-on experience in economic and lifecycle-cost analysis, procurement and delivery models under public procurement legislation, organizational operating conditions, risk and security assessments, and strategic decision documentation. Professional fluency in **spoken and written Swedish**, alongside the ability to work with English-language material, is mandatory.
Solution Architect – Digital Assessment Service for a Fairer Grading System
Role
On behalf of our client, a public-sector organisation working to develop a more fair and equivalent grading system, we are looking for a Solution Architect. The assignment is to produce a fact-based decision basis for the future digital assessment service.
Responsibilities
You will analyse and evaluate technical options for complex, business-critical IT solutions. You are responsible for assessing technical feasibility, architecture, integrations and technical dependencies, and for analysing the conditions for scalability, robustness, further development and long-term management. You will also contribute to defining the target state and target architecture, working closely with internal architects and technical specialists.
Mandatory requirements
- Competence level 4 or higher
- Documented experience of architecture work within complex, business-critical IT solutions, digital platforms or comparable environments
- Between 1 January 2021 and the final tender date, you have worked as an enterprise architect, solution architect or equivalent in at least two assignments, of which at least one included strategic analysis of technical options for developing or establishing a complex IT solution
- In at least one of these assignments, you held responsibility for at least four of the following areas: target architecture, technical feasibility, integrations and technical dependencies, interoperability, scalability and robustness, operations and management prerequisites, and long-term further development
- Documented hands-on experience of all of the following:
- Economic analyses and lifecycle costs for IT solutions
- Procurement and delivery models, including the impact of public procurement legislation on strategic choices
- Organisational prerequisites for development, operations and management
- Risk and dependency analyses, including legal and security-related conditions
- Strategic decision bases for complex IT solutions
- Ability to lead work and communicate fluently in Swedish, spoken and written, and to work with English-language material
