Seco Tools Aktiebolag is hiring a **Senior Manager Service & Solutions** within its Customized Offer, Offer and Innovation division. This leadership role focuses on driving strategic, commercial, and organizational transformation from product-centric offers to scalable services, solutions, and modern business models such as Tool as a Service, reconditioning, Solva, and technical training. Responsibilities include defining portfolio strategy, managing lifecycle governance, owning financial forecasting and profitability, cultivating external partner ecosystems, and leading a global team of Offer Managers. The **location is flexible globally**, with travel serving as an integral component of the position. Candidates must have extensive relevant experience in offer and portfolio management combined with strong commercial acumen and business development capabilities. The position requires a proven track record of governing portfolios across their lifecycles, driving margin improvement, and leading global teams. Applicants should hold a **relevant university degree**—such as an MSc in engineering, business development, or an MBA—or equivalent professional experience. Job responsibilities
- Set and execute the strategy and plan for the services and solutions portfolio.
- Develop the portfolio and its business models, including Solva, reconditioning, Tool as a Service and technical training.
- Drive commercial and organizational transformation from product-focused offers to scalable services and solutions.
- Own financial forecasting and performance follow-up, taking corrective action to secure profitability, growth and return on investment.
- Develop strategic partnerships and external ecosystems that support business growth.
- Build and develop a high-performing global team with the capabilities required to meet current and future demands.

The location for this position is flexible globally. The role sits within Customized Offer, Offer and Innovation at Seco, and travel is a natural part of the job.
Your profile
You have extensive relevant experience in offer and portfolio management, supported by strong commercial and business development expertise. You translate strategy into measurable financial and operational results and use sound judgment to prioritize investments, create business value and strengthen long-term competitiveness.
You also bring
- Business performance ownership and commercial acumen, including forecasting, pricing, cost structures, margin improvement and corrective action.
- A growth and market development mindset, connecting customer needs, market trends, the services and solutions offering and business priorities.
- The ability to shape and govern an offer portfolio throughout its lifecycle, balancing customer value, complexity, scalability, innovation and long-term strategic fit.
- A track record of improving responsive and consistent customer value delivery through scalable ways of working, clear governance and cross-functional collaboration.
- The ability to lead and develop global teams, strengthening the competencies, capacity and ways of working needed for current and future business demands.
- A relevant university degree, such as an MSc in engineering, business development or an MBA, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong written and spoken English and a willingness to travel.

You lead a global team of Offer Managers responsible for reconditioning, Solva, Tool as a Service, training and future offerings.. The team works closely with customers and stakeholders across Seco and with other services and solutions organizations within Machining.
