Senior People Partner

Volumental AB · Stockholm · Tills vidare

Volumental AB is recruiting a **Senior People Partner** to join its People & Culture team at its headquarters in Stockholm. In this full-time role reporting to the Head of People & Culture, the appointee partners with managers to support high-performing teams, manages company-wide cycles like salary reviews and engagement surveys, and contributes to workforce planning and compensation decisions. A major focus involves streamlining recurring people workflows by identifying automation opportunities and administering people tooling such as HiBob and Teamtailor. The position follows a flexible work policy requiring **at least three days per week on site** in the office. Candidates must offer either **at least six years of hands-on HR experience** across the employee lifecycle or deep expertise in at least three core areas, alongside proven experience implementing or redesigning company-wide HR processes. Requirements also include experience integrating or enhancing an HRIS, working fluency with AI tools in day-to-day tasks, a broad understanding of employment law, and fluent English. Experience within an engineering-heavy tech scaleup, familiarity with Swedish labor law or remote work setups, and hands-on capability building automations or AI agents are advantageous.

Volumental is a FitTech™ company used by footwear brands and retailers, matching people with shoes that truly fit through 3D scanning and machine learning.

Our vision is "a world without sizes, where every body fits." We work with brands like New Balance, Red Wing, Fleet Feet, and Vivobarefoot across 3,000+ stores in 60 countries, with 60M+ foot scans collected, one of the world's largest datasets of its kind.

We are 20+ nationalities based mostly in Stockholm, with colleagues across Europe, the US, and Asia. People & Culture is a team of two (Head of People & Culture + Office Coordinator), and you’ll be our third. We’re small, but our work has real business impact. We strengthen leadership, keep our processes and policies evolving with the business, and foster an environment where people do their best work.

Where you fit in

The foundations are in place. Much of our admin is outsourced, automated, or increasingly handled by AI agents. Managers own day-to-day processes, supported by toolkits and coaching.

We’re now looking for a Senior People Partner to shape what comes next. You’ll look at how we work and make it better: rethinking tooling, building new agents and automations while keeping the human touch, anticipating what the business will need next, and finding new ways for People & Culture to create impact.

This role suits a builder with good judgment. You’ll enjoy making recurring work smaller: automating what should be automated, deleting what shouldn’t exist, and rebuilding what people work around. You’ll also build trust quickly to collaboratively solve problems as we grow.
