Embark Studios AB is seeking a **Senior Producer (Arc Raiders)** to join the game's core leadership team. Working alongside the Executive Producer, production leads, and discipline leads, the role focuses on product direction, release quality, and player sentiment for the live-service title. While studio planning, staffing, and P&L remain with the Production Director, this position focuses on the product rationale and player impact. Main responsibilities include translating game vision into polished live updates, using community feedback and data to steer ongoing strategy, partnering with the community team on external communication, and managing expectations with executive stakeholders. The position is an **on-site role**, and the studio is only considering candidates who currently reside in Sweden. Applicants are expected to have at least **8+ years in AAA games production** across PC or console, including background as a Product Owner, Senior Lead Producer, or Game Lead on a major live-service (GaaS) title. The role requires a proven track record in steering product strategy, retention, and post-launch engagement, paired with strong leadership, delegation habits, and deep insight into game design and player motivations. Candidates must also bring strong communication skills to bridge internal development with the player community, as well as a passion for multiplayer ecosystems. English is the working language for applications.

In this role, you will be a product-minded leader with a strong appetite for community engagement and external communication. While our Production Director owns studio planning, P&L, and staffing, you will focus on the "What" and "Why" and the player impact. In close collaboration with the directors, you will help assess what is best for our players, deeply understanding why we make specific choices. You will focus on product health, drive update quality, and ensure that player feedback directly informs our live strategy. You will manage expectations upward, delegate with trust, and champion creative ideas that don't just meet expectations, but actively surprise and delight our community.
Examples of Responsibilities
- Product Ownership & Alignment: Sit on the ARC Raiders leadership team, collaborating with the EP, production leads, and discipline leads to drive product strategy and translate vision into high-quality live updates.
- Game Quality & Sentiment Ownership: Serve as the guardian for update quality, player sentiment, and product health to ensure every release, feature, and patch lands with high polish and positive player response.
- Community Connection & External Communication: Partner closely with the Community Team to listen to player feedback, translate insights into actionable game updates, and help shape clear, empathetic communication directly with our community.
- Living Product Mindset: Embrace the reality that a live game is under constant evolution, guiding the game's direction through iteration, community sentiment, and data-informed decision-making.
- Expectation Management & Delegation: Manage product expectations upward to executive stakeholders and internally across the studio, knowing when to step in, when to delegate, and how to empower cross-functional teams.
- Collaborative Problem-Solving & Delight: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with cross-functional feature teams to solve complex creative and product challenges while fostering an environment where teams are empowered to take creative risks that delight players.
We would love if you have
- 8+ years of experience in AAA PC or console games production, including experience as a Product Owner, Senior Lead Producer, or Game Lead on a major live-service (GaaS) title.
- Proven track record of owning product strategy and live quality, with a strong emphasis on player retention, community sentiment, and post-launch engagement.
- Deep curiosity and understanding of game design, player motivations, understanding feedback and data, product rationale, and being able to grasp and articulate why specific choices are made for the game and community.
- A strong appetite for external communication and community dynamics and are comfortable acting as a bridge between internal game development and the player base.
- A mindset that views games as living software and are comfortable navigating constant change and viewing live game development as an ongoing journey.
- Strong leadership presence & capability to build high-trust partnerships with production and discipline leads.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on collaboration, empathetic player engagement, and strong collaboration & delegation habits.
- Deep passion for PC/console games, competitive/co-op multiplayer ecosystems, and community dynamics.
