Briljantin Consulting AB is recruiting two **Senior Project Managers** for a long-term consulting assignment based in Stockholm (Flemingsberg) with a **hybrid work arrangement**. The placement is initially for 12 months with potential for extension, supporting a leading international company within the industrial sector. Working across functions and geographies, managers will drive business transformation, digitalisation, operational excellence, cost optimisation, and strategic planning. The employer seeks two distinct profiles: one focusing on business transformation and execution, and another centering on strategy and business development alongside long-term planning. Responsibilities include translating business challenges into actionable plans, aligning senior management, and executing organizational change initiatives. Candidates need extensive experience leading complex strategic projects and business transformation initiatives, supported by strong project management methodologies and proven change management experience. Strong stakeholder management, the ability to influence without direct authority, and **excellent Swedish and English** communication skills are required. Desirable assets include experience from industrial, manufacturing, maritime, or engineering sectors, familiarity with international matrix organizations, and backgrounds in operational excellence or coaching colleagues in project management practices.

We are now looking for two experienced Senior Project Managers for exciting consulting assignments with one of our clients, a leading international company within the industrial sector.

The role
You will join a growing international team responsible for driving strategic projects and business transformation initiatives across the organisation.
The projects cover areas such as digitalisation, operational excellence, organisational change, cost optimisation, product performance and business development.
We are looking for two slightly different profiles:
Senior Project Manager – Business Transformation
You will lead complex strategic initiatives across functions and geographical locations, ensuring that projects move from ideas and plans into successful execution.
Senior Project Manager – Strategy & Business Development
You will combine project management with strategic planning, coordination and execution, working closely with key stakeholders to support the organisation's long-term business objectives.
Both positions offer a high level of responsibility, international collaboration and the opportunity to influence important business decisions.
What you will do
- Lead and coordinate complex strategic and cross-functional projects.
- Translate business challenges into clear plans, priorities and actions.
- Drive change management and organisational improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with senior management and stakeholders across different functions.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and operational efficiency.
- Ensure project progress, stakeholder alignment and successful implementation.
- Support strategic planning and business development activities.
- Share knowledge and project management best practices with colleagues.
Who you are

You are structured, analytical and solution-oriented, but equally comfortable working with people and building strong relationships.

You likely have:
- Extensive experience leading complex strategic projects and business transformation initiatives.
- Strong project management skills and experience applying relevant methodologies.
- Proven experience in change management and organisational development.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working closely with senior leadership.
- The ability to influence, create alignment and drive change across different functions.
- A proactive, independent and results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
