Working closely with autonomous DevOps teams, core responsibilities include creating test frameworks and automation roadmaps, leading integration, performance, and platform testing, and embedding quality gates into CI/CD pipelines. Key duties also involve championing **shift-left testing**, monitoring quality metrics to minimize manual testing, and evaluating emerging testing technologies. Candidates must have at least **7 years of QA experience**, alongside strong proficiency in data integration—particularly hub-and-spoke architectures and modern API management. Requirements include proven experience implementing modern QA methodologies within autonomous DevOps environments, hands-on test automation coding skills, familiarity with testing frameworks and CI/CD tools, a solid grasp of non-functional requirements, and fluency in English. Previous hands-on software engineering experience and familiarity with ITIL or service management processes are considered meritorious.

You will lead modern QA practices, test automation, quality governance, and CI/CD quality controls. The role focuses on improving software quality, delivery efficiency, and reliability through automation, shift-left testing, and close collaboration with autonomous DevOps teams.
What You Will Work On
- Define the QA strategy, test architecture, and automation roadmap.
- Design and improve test frameworks, tools, and engineering standards.
- Lead platform, integration, automated, performance, and reliability testing.
- Establish QA processes, governance, documentation, and best practices.
- Define quality gates and ensure effective testing within CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with development teams on source control, build management, and release processes.
- Promote shift-left testing and quality-by-design practices.
- Monitor quality metrics and identify opportunities to reduce manual testing and improve delivery speed.
- Evaluate new testing technologies and continuously improve QA capabilities.
What You Bring
- At least 7 years of QA experience.
- Strong knowledge of data integration, including hub-and-spoke architectures and modern API management (APIM).
- Good understanding of non-functional requirements (NFR), especially integration.
- Experience with modern QA practices in autonomous DevOps teams.
- Strong knowledge of engineering practices and principles.
- Hands-on experience coding and implementing test automation.
- Familiarity with QA tools, test frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with platform and integration testing.
- Fluent English.
