We are looking for an experienced Senior Test Lead to take overall responsibility for testing activities within a large-scale IT programme. You will define and drive the test strategy, coordinate testing teams, and ensure that testing is aligned with technical requirements and business objectives throughout the project lifecycle.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, agile team leads, and internal and external delivery teams to ensure effective test planning, execution, risk management, and quality reporting.
What You Will Work On
- Define and maintain the overall test strategy and test plan.
- Establish testing scope, objectives, deliverables, test data, and environment requirements.
- Lead and coordinate testing activities and test execution across teams.
- Monitor test progress, defects, and quality metrics.
- Identify testing risks and define appropriate mitigation actions.
- Communicate test status, issues, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Coordinate QA, business, and delivery teams to ensure testing meets business and technical needs.
- Maintain test plans, test cases, test results, and defect reports.
- Support testing practices in Agile and DevOps environments.
