Veritaz is looking for a **Senior Test Lead** based in Solna or Gothenburg to support a client undergoing a major retail business transformation program covering merchandise financial planning, assortment planning, store replenishment, and product phase-out. Working under a **hybrid arrangement with 2–3 days per week in the office**, the test lead develops test strategies and test plans, defines test scope and data, and coordinates system, integration, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing across projects, delivery streams, and external suppliers. Key duties also include defect and risk tracking, quality metrics reporting to project managers, and continually improving testing methods and tools to ensure implementation timelines are met. Applicants must have at least five years of experience as a test lead in complex IT and business transformation projects, alongside proven leadership in system, integration, and acceptance testing. Strong competence in test methodologies, requirements management, and issue-tracking tools is required, along with **fluency in written and spoken Swedish and English**. Helpful additions include ISTQB certification or equivalent, experience with agile or hybrid project models, background in retail, supply chain, or assortment planning, and previous work managing complex enterprise integrations or multi-supplier implementations.

Assignment Description
The client is running a major business transformation program focused on retail processes, merchandise financial planning, assortment planning, allocation, store replenishment, markdowns, and product phase-out.
We are looking for an experienced Test Lead to establish test strategies, plan and coordinate testing activities, manage defects, and ensure quality throughout implementation. The role involves close collaboration with project managers, business stakeholders, IT teams, solution architects, and external suppliers.
Hybrid work is available, with 2–3 days per week in the office.
What You Will Work On
- Develop and maintain test strategies and test plans.
- Plan, lead, and coordinate testing across projects and delivery streams.
- Ensure test scope, test cases, and test data are defined and validated.
- Coordinate system testing, integration testing, end-to-end testing, and UAT.
- Track defects, risks, and corrective actions.
- Report test progress, quality metrics, and risks to project management.
- Coordinate testing across business, IT, and external suppliers.
- Improve test processes, methods, and tools.

What You Bring
