Telenor Sverige Aktiebolag is hiring a **Solution Architect** to join its Strategy & Architecture team in Karlskrona. In this role, the architect translates business needs into secure, scalable technology designs and helps modernize the company's IT and digital landscape. Working closely with enterprise architects, development teams, business stakeholders, and external partners, duties span the full lifecycle from early concept and discovery through implementation. The position allows for **working from home up to two days a week**, combined with on-site collaboration at the Karlskrona office. Candidates must have a **university degree or equivalent practical experience**, along with proven experience designing end-to-end solutions within complex IT environments. Strong stakeholder management, clear technical communication skills, and professional proficiency in English are required. Familiarity with telecommunications, BSS/OSS environments, cloud-native platforms, APIs, microservices, AI technologies, and secure-by-design architecture is considered advantageous.

How you'll make a difference with us
As a Solution Architect, you'll play a key role in shaping the technology solutions that support Telenor's future business and customer experiences. Working at the intersection of business and technology, you'll help transform complex challenges into secure, scalable, and sustainable solutions.
You'll be part of the Strategy & Architecture team and collaborate closely with business stakeholders, Enterprise Architects, development teams, and external partners. From early discovery and design through implementation, you'll help guide initiatives that modernize our digital landscape and create long-term value for both customers and the business.
In this role, you will:
- Translate business needs into robust technology solutions
- Shape solution architecture across complex business and technology domains
- Drive modernization of our IT and digital landscape
- Guide teams from concept and design through implementation
- Balance customer value, business priorities, security, cost, and long-term sustainability
- Ensure alignment with architecture principles and strategic direction
