Synopsys Sweden AB is seeking a **Solutions Engineering, Staff** professional to develop comprehensive documentation and differentiated solutions across prototyping hardware product lines and business units. Collaborating with international hardware R&D teams, the role involves gathering customer requirements alongside Account Executives, delivering strategic design services to accelerate adoption, and prototyping new methodologies to improve Quality of Results. Core duties also include assessing technology viability, analyzing data, and delivering actionable insights to R&D to support future product enhancements and feature development. Applicants must hold a **Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering** and possess at least five years of experience in hardware documentation, paired with a solid grasp of hardware functionality and software flows in prototyping solutions. Essential technical competencies include **working expertise with Oxygen, FrameMaker, HAPS hardware**, Hardware Assisted Verification solutions, scripting, HTML/Web publishing, Perforce and Git repository management, as well as hands-on experience managing Jira and Confluence.
Solutions Engineering, Staff:
Key Responsibilities
- Use a customer-centric approach to work dynamically across prototyping hardware product lines and/or business units, developing comprehensive documentations that address end-to-end product needs.
- Work with international hardware R&D Teams to understand the product deeply with customer perspectives
- Partner with Account Executives (AEs) to engage with customers and industry partners, gather requirements, and propose effective solutions.
- Provide strategic design services to enable and accelerate customer adoption and improve Quality of Results (QOR).
- Drive, prototype, and design new methodologies and solutions across Synopsys hardware products.
- Analyze gathered data, assess technology viability, and present findings and recommendations to R&D.
- Provide insights and findings to R&D teams to support future product enhancements and feature development.
- Leverage technical knowledge of multiple Synopsys prototyping hardware products and tools to define and create differentiated solutions that meet customer requirements and specifications.
Role requirements:
Academic qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical/Electronic Engineering.
Professional Experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hardware documentation, good understanding of how hardware functions and software flows that impact over all prototyping solutions
Specific Skills Required
- Working expertise with Oxygen, FrameMaker, HAPS hardware, Hardware Assisted Verification solutions, Scripting, HTML/Web publishing, Perforce & Git repository management, good experience in Jira/Confluence management
