Siemens Energy AB is recruiting a **Supervisor of Sales Support Team** based in Finspång to lead and coach a small sales support group within the Gas Services division. The position oversees the complete sales lifecycle for Brownfield Exchange (BEX) modernization, upgrade, and decarbonization solutions targeting gas turbine fleets and other original equipment manufacturer (oOEM) machinery. Core duties include developing international sales opportunities from lead generation through contract negotiation and project handover, coordinating cross-functional proposals to meet order intake targets, and managing stakeholder relationships across multiple markets. The role involves **international travel** and offers the potential for flexible workplace arrangements. Candidates must hold a **university degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline**, alongside extensive professional experience in sales and commercial management within oil and gas or power generation environments. A proven track record in international sales project development and closing opportunities is required, together with solid technical knowledge of Siemens Energy MGT products, oOEM equipment, and BEX solutions. Familiarity with PM@Siemens methodology, LOA guidelines, and Siemens Energy business procedures is considered an advantage.
A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Supervisor of Sales Support Team, your day centers on the development and execution of international sales opportunities for Siemens Energy’s Brownfield Exchange (BEX) solutions and products. Responsibility for the coaching and supervision of a small Sales Support team, close collaboration with regional entities, end customers, and BEX Regional Product Development Managers, and management of sales activities across multiple markets form a key part of your role. Through ownership of the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation to project handover, you contribute directly to order intake targets while supporting energy transformation through modernization, upgrades, and decarbonization solutions for gas turbine fleets and oOEM equipment.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Responsibility for coaching and supervision of the BEX sales team, ensuring alignment with approved sales strategies and successful execution of sales projects
- Management of Brownfield Exchange sales opportunities from lead management through proposal development, contract negotiation, and project handover
- Coordination of cross-functional stakeholders to deliver technically accurate and commercially compliant proposals supporting order intake targets
- Implementation of Sales and Tendering activities in accordance with PM@Siemens methodology, Siemens Energy processes, and LOA guidelines
- Development of country-specific sales strategies in collaboration with BEX Regional Product Development Managers to achieve business objectives
- Management of customer, supplier, and internal stakeholder relationships, including international travel and market analysis to support business growth
What You Bring
- University degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline
- Extensive professional experience in Sales and Commercial Management within Oil & Gas and/or Power Generation environments
- Proven track record in international sales project development, lead generation, customer engagement, and opportunity closure
- Solid technical knowledge of Siemens Energy MGT products, oOEM equipment, and Brownfield Exchange solutions
- Strong understanding of PM@Siemens, LOA processes, Siemens Energy business procedures, and internal stakeholder networks as an advantage
- Strong communication, leadership, planning, organizational, problem-solving, intercultural collaboration, and entrepreneurial skills with a proactive working style

You will be working in a diverse team of 12 motivated and supportive colleagues, with positive and caring attitude, who are aiming to solve customers’ issues in an innovative way. You will report to Sales Manager for modernization and upgrades.
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
