BTR Personnel services AB is seeking a **Surveyor** to support project execution and works management. The position involves performing **topographic surveys** and dimensional checks on site, as well as conducting periodic site inspections and preparing technical reports. Responsibilities also include creating and updating technical drawings, layouts, and graphic documentation, drafting quantity take-offs, managing cost accounting, and compiling progress reports (SAL). In addition, the role entails monitoring work execution against approved project plans, coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, handling document control and public authority liaison, and maintaining workplace safety standards in line with Italian Legislative Decree 81/08 or local equivalent regulations.
As a Surveyor, your main responsibilities will include:
o Carry out topographic surveys and dimensional checks on site
o Prepare and update technical drawings, layouts, and graphic documentation
o Monitor correct execution of works in accordance with the approved project
o Draft quantity take-offs, cost accounting, and progress reports (SAL)
o Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
o Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations (Italian Legislative Decree 81/08 or local equivalent)
o Support works management with document control and liaison with public authorities
o Conduct periodic site inspections and produce technical reports
