Integro Consulting AB is seeking a **SW Engineer – Order & Planning** for an assignment based in Skövde, Sweden. The position focuses on developing and maintaining a business-critical order and planning application within the automotive industry. Core responsibilities include supporting complex .NET systems, managing system integrations, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring dependable order distribution and production-critical flows. The role also involves collaborating closely with technical teams and business stakeholders, alongside identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and AI adoption. A defining work condition is **regular on-site presence** in Skövde to facilitate close collaboration. Applicants must have proven software development experience within the automotive sector, alongside background in high-volume, production-critical applications, order management, production planning, material supply, or sequencing. The role requires solid knowledge of **C# and .NET Framework 4.8**, ASP.NET, WCF, Windows Services, Windows Forms, SQL Server, ADO.NET, Entity Framework, EF Core, .NET 10, OData, Swagger, and message queuing through MSMQ or IBM WebSphere MQ, combined with MSTest, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines. Additional familiarity with Unity, AutoMapper, Splunk, Serilog, Telerik UI, and SSDT is beneficial.

About the Assignment
We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to maintain and develop a business-critical Order & Planning application within the automotive industry.
You will work with complex .NET applications, system integrations and production-critical processes, ensuring reliable order distribution and planning flows. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams while contributing to continuous improvements and AI-supported ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain order management and planning applications.
- Understand order flows, production planning and business requirements.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
- Analyze and resolve system and integration issues.
- Ensure reliable handling of business rules and production-critical processes.
- Drive AI adoption and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and quality.
Required Experience
- Software development experience within the automotive industry.
- Experience with order management, production planning, material supply or sequencing.
- Understanding of production, logistics and customer delivery processes.
- Experience with high-volume, business-critical applications.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
Technical Requirements
- Strong C# and .NET Framework 4.8.
- ASP.NET, WCF, Windows Services and Windows Forms.
- SQL Server, ADO.NET, Entity Framework and EF Core.
- .NET 10, OData and Swagger.
- MSMQ or IBM WebSphere MQ.
- MSTest, Azure DevOps and CI/CD.

Location & Working Arrangement
