In this position, the architect develops, maintains, and improves governing documents, guidelines, and processes for the electrical and electronic (EE) platform. Core responsibilities include managing the entire documentation lifecycle, translating technical requirements and architectural principles into practical documentation, and ensuring materials are version-controlled, traceable, and aligned with internal standards and regulations. The role also involves collaborating across R&D teams, system owners, adjacent technical domains, and external partners to harmonise documentation practices. Candidates must have proven experience in **governing documentation, process development, or requirements documentation** within technically complex environments, alongside experience in large organisations with established development processes. The role requires a solid understanding of embedded systems, automotive electronics, or software-intensive environments, as well as the ability to quality-assure complex technical information independently. **Excellent written and spoken English** is required. Additional experience in automotive R&D, EE architecture, Software Defined Vehicles (SDV), autonomous vehicle technologies, fuel cell systems, or compliance and change management processes is considered meritorious.

- Ensure documentation is structured, consistent, version-controlled, and aligned with internal requirements and applicable regulations.
- Translate technical requirements, architectural principles, and ways of working into clear, practical documentation.
- Manage the documentation lifecycle, including creation, review, alignment, implementation, and compliance follow-up.
- Collaborate with R&D teams, adjacent technical domains, system owners, and external partners.
- Harmonise documentation standards and ways of working across teams.
- Improve traceability, information quality, and document governance in a complex automotive environment.
