Rasulson Consulting AB is seeking a **Systemutvecklare Backend** on behalf of a client. Working as a backend and middleware developer focusing on C# and .NET, the position involves developing, implementing, and modernising solutions based on provided requirements and technical designs. Core responsibilities include both new feature work and the continued development of existing systems, technical maintenance, unit and integration testing, and troubleshooting complex environments. The work is carried out in close collaboration with developers, architects, testers, and other team members to deliver sustainable technical solutions. Candidates must have at least seven years of **backend development with C#**, at least two years of experience with .NET 6 or later, and at least one year of developing microservices in cloud environments such as Azure, GCP, or AWS. The role also requires at least two years of hands-on experience with **Kubernetes**, at least one year with Docker or equivalent containerisation technology, at least two years working with relational databases and REST services, and at least one year configuring Helm charts. Additional experience with Google Cloud, Zero Trust architecture, .NET 8 or later, umbrella Helm charts, Kafka, BigQuery, GitHub Workflows, NUnit, and PostgreSQL is considered advantageous.
Backend/Middleware Developer (C# / .NET)
Role
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced systems developer specialising in middleware and backend, with a strong focus on C# and .NET. The assignment involves developing, implementing and modernising backend and middleware solutions based on given requirements and technical design.
Responsibilities
You will work on new development and continued development of existing systems, technical maintenance, unit and integration testing, and troubleshooting and problem solving in complex system environments. You will collaborate closely with developers, architects, testers and other team members to ensure sustainable, well-functioning technical solutions.
Mandatory requirements
- At least 7 years of total experience in backend development with C#
- At least 2 years of experience with .NET 6 or later
- At least 1 year of experience developing microservices in a cloud environment, such as Azure, GCP or AWS
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes in assignments or projects
- At least 1 year of experience with containerisation using Docker or equivalent technology in assignments or projects
- At least 2 years of experience in development work with relational databases
- At least 2 years of experience developing REST services
- At least 1 year of experience configuring Helm charts in assignments or projects
Desirable requirements
- More than 7 years of total experience in backend development with C#
- More than 2 years of experience with Kubernetes in assignments or projects
- At least 2 years of experience developing microservices for Google Cloud
- At least 1 year of experience with Zero Trust architecture, including least privilege, strong identity for services and workloads, and secure secrets management
- At least 2 years of experience with .NET 8 or later
- At least 1 year of experience configuring umbrella Helm charts in assignments or projects
- At least 1 year of experience with Kafka
- At least 1 year of experience with Google BigQuery
- At least 1 year of experience with GitHub Workflows
- At least 2 years of experience with unit testing using NUnit or a comparable framework
- Experience with PostgreSQL in assignments or projects
