Hitachi Energy Sweden AB is looking for a **Teamcenter Application Specialist** to join its Applications tools & LCM support department. Working alongside users, project teams, and leadership, the specialist handles application requirement specifications, installation management, configuration, and software and hardware upgrades. Duties also involve handling license and access management, creating process documentation, developing implementation procedures, and delivering end-user training, support, and problem resolution. Hitachi Energy offers flexible conditions, including **hybrid work** arranged in agreement with the line manager, flex-time, and collective agreement coverage. Applicants must hold a **bachelor’s degree in IT or engineering** and be fluent in English. Required technical competencies include automation scripting experience using PowerShell, batch, or similar tools, along with past work or academic experience using engineering-related Computer Aided Design (CAD) software. The role also values involvement in extracurricular activities, clubs, societies, or projects, alongside strong interpersonal skills and an aptitude for collaborative problem-solving.

How you’ll make an impact
- Participate in software and hardware upgrades.
- Develop new methodologies and implementations procedures.
- Application requirement specification and management.
- Application administration, installation-management, and configuration according to Hitachi Energy and industry standards.
- Planning and driving meetings with stakeholders.
- End user support, problem solving and training.
- Application license and access management.
- Maintaining application and process related documentation.
- Following and improving our way of working.
Your background
- A bachelor’s degree in the IT or engineering space.
- Experience with scripting in PowerShell/batch or similar, to enable automation.
- You are a driven and motivated individual with a creative mindset and great interpersonal skills.
- You share enhancements and improvement ideas and evaluate others’ ideas as if they were your own.
- You possess a high willingness to learn and develop.
- You have previously worked with or studied with Engineering related Computer Aided Design (CAD) Software.
- Fluency in English is required, you can communicate well to get your message across in a coherent and clear way.
- You have been involved in after school or work activities such as clubs, societies or projects.
