Core duties include translating customer requirements into technical specifications, driving new product development and range extensions, maintaining the current product portfolio, and delivering customized solutions for special projects. The role also involves unblocking technical constraints, maintaining complete project documentation, releasing final products through the internal product development system, and advising sales teams, customers, and suppliers. The role requires a **strong mechanical engineering background** coupled with high-level expertise in mechanical design, product development processes, and lifecycle management. Applicants must possess deep functional engineering knowledge and proven problem-solving abilities to deliver appropriate design solutions and manage project timelines across multiple stakeholders. **Fluency in English**, both written and verbal, is mandatory, while proficiency in Swedish is considered a valuable asset.

We are looking for a Technical leader who has a strong technical background to support as a technical leader for our product ranges to the global market. For Design of Cable Management solutions for Energy and Infrastructure segments, including length material, accessories, and support systems for a strong portfolio. Maintenance of Current offer with segment. Customer advice for custom solutions.
Responsibilities for the technical leader:
• Strong Mechanical Engineering background to support as a technical leader to the global market.
• High level of knowledge in Mechanical Design, and product development process, and lifecycle management.
• Understand the requirements, follow NPD process, analyse and provide solutions
• Responsibilities involve converting VOC to Technical specification, Designing, and support development activities of the offer.
• Deep Functional Expertise in relevant engineering discipline and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to deliver right design solutions and unblock technical constraints.
• Complete product development as per New to market Innovation, Range Extension and Product Care process.
• Respect commitments – Time management, adhere to project timelines, stakeholder management, Multitasking.
• Answer technical questions from customers, sales team, and interaction with suppliers.
• Create/Maintain all documentation required for the project execution and maintenance.
• Release of final product as per the new Wibe PD system.
• Complete solution for special/custom projects.
Fluency in English (written and verbal) is a must, Swedish language would be valuable.
