Daily responsibilities include coordinating efforts among electrical and controls engineers, managing interfaces, deviations, and design changes across the project lifecycle, and collaborating closely with project management, internal teams, suppliers, and clients. The role also serves as a technical representative in discussions with external stakeholders while supporting customer-specific implementations. Candidates must hold an **engineering degree in Electrical Engineering**, Automation, or a related technical discipline, combined with at least four years of relevant technical project experience. Background experience in electrical engineering, control systems, or automation is required, alongside demonstrated experience in technical project management, coordination, or a leading technical function. Applicants must possess **good written and spoken Swedish and English** skills and the ability to interpret technical specifications. Prior experience within the energy, process, or power generation sectors—particularly with gas turbines—is considered meritorious, as is familiarity with international stakeholders, low-voltage systems, switchgear, UPS, and circuit diagrams.

What You Will Work On
- Lead and coordinate the technical work within electrical and control systems
- Take overall responsibility for the technical content within the assigned area
- Ensure technical solutions, contract requirements and deliveries align with project objectives
- Coordinate work between electrical and controls engineers
- Work closely with project management, customers, suppliers and internal functions
- Represent the organization in technical discussions with external stakeholders
- Manage technical interfaces, deviations and changes throughout the project
- Interpret and implement technical specifications and project requirements
- Support customer-specific technical solutions
- Ensure structured handling of technical issues throughout the project lifecycle
What You Bring
- Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation or a related technical field
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in technical projects
- Experience in electrical engineering, control systems, automation or a related technical field
- Experience in technical project management, coordination or a leading technical role
- Ability to understand and translate technical specifications and project requirements
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across different organizational levels
- Good Swedish and English skills, both written and spoken
- Ability to work with structure, flexibility and a holistic perspective
