Hykmann Global Business Solutions AB is hiring a **Technical Property Manager** for a consulting assignment based in Gothenburg, running from 26 October 2026 to 26 October 2027. Operating **100% on-site**, the role oversees daily property operations, service requests, building systems, and HSE compliance routines. Practical tasks include conducting facility inspections and safety rounds, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance across electrical, plumbing, and construction services, and managing minor office adaptations, relocations, and workplace improvement projects from scheduling and budgeting through to delivery. Applicants need a relevant education in real estate, facility management, construction management, engineering, or a related field, alongside 3–5 years of experience in technical property or facility management. The role requires a strong technical grasp of building systems, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and **both Swedish and English** at an excellent level. A valid Category B driving licence and current Swedish work authorisation are mandatory, as visa sponsorship is not offered, with availability required immediately or on short notice. Experience with SAP/SRM is considered an advantage.

🔹 About the Role
We are seeking a technically skilled and proactive professional to manage property operations, building systems, maintenance activities, and facility-related projects. The ideal candidate will ensure safe, compliant, cost-effective, and well-maintained facilities while coordinating suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily property operations, service requests, incidents, and facility-related issues.
- Conduct facility inspections and safety rounds to ensure compliance, functionality, and operational readiness.
- Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, renovations, and facility upgrades.
- Manage minor facility projects, office adaptations, relocations, and workplace improvements.
- Prepare and monitor project scopes, schedules, budgets, resources, and delivery milestones.
- Coordinate external contractors and service providers across construction, electrical, plumbing, cleaning, and other facility services.
- Monitor supplier performance, service quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) activities, audits, and compliance routines.
- Manage workplace standards, cleaning plans, facility administration, office services, and parking allocation.
- Analyse property-related investments, improvement opportunities, and cost-benefit scenarios.
🔹 Required Qualifications & Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in technical property management or facility management.
- Relevant education in Real Estate, Facility Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong technical understanding of building systems, maintenance management, and facility operations.
- Knowledge of project management practices and applicable regulations.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Swedish and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and respond effectively to operational disruptions.
- Valid Category B driving licence.
- Experience with SAP/SRM is an advantage.
