Hitachi Energy Sweden AB is looking for a **Tender Specialist** to join its Insulation and Components, Bushings and Tap-Changers business area in Ludvika. Working in an international and collaborative setting, the role is responsible for analyzing technical and commercial customer requirements alongside sales, engineering, and other internal departments. Main duties include preparing accurate quotations aligned with product configurations, pricing, and lead times, managing multiple tenders simultaneously, and supporting continuous improvements in tendering processes. The position operates under a **hybrid work** arrangement subject to agreement with the line manager. Candidates should offer experience from a technical or commercial environment, such as tendering, estimating, technical sales, or project coordination. Essential qualities include strong prioritization skills, the ability to work independently across functions, and **fluent English**. Previous knowledge of bushings and tap-changer products or the wider electrical industry is highly regarded, while proficiency in Swedish, additional languages, or systems such as SAP, Salesforce, and other CRM tools is considered beneficial.
We are looking for a Tender and Quotation Specialist to join Hitachi Energy in Ludvika, Sweden. This role is focused on products within our Insulation and Components (I&C), Bushings and Tap-Changers business area.

How You'll Make an Impact
- Analyze technical and commercial requirements and identify suitable solutions together with internal engineering, sales and other internal teams.
- Prepare accurate quotations aligned with product configuration, pricing and lead times.
- Manage multiple tenders and priorities simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Contribute to winning projects that support reliable and sustainable energy infrastructure worldwide.
- Improve tendering processes, share best practices, and support continuous learning within the team.
Your Background
- Experience in a technical and/or commercial environment, e.g. tendering/estimating, technical sales or project coordination.
- Ability to structure and prioritize your work while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different functions and in an international environment.
- Ability to take ownership of your work, gather relevant information and independently drive tasks forward.
- Fluent communication skills in English. Swedish or additional languages are considered an advantage.
- Experience with SAP, Salesforce, CRM systems or similar tools is beneficial.
- Previous knowledge of our products or experience from the electrical industry is highly regarded.
