Applicants must demonstrate proven experience leading testing and **client-side cutover activities** within complex HCM or ERP implementation programmes, as well as background in large-scale business and technology transformations. Broad expertise in defect management, risk management, quality assurance, and coordinating multi-phase testing across systems and data migration is required, along with fluent English. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, multinational rollouts, Scandinavian language skills, or stepping in to establish control over ongoing test or cutover streams is considered meritorious.

Assignment Description
We are looking for an experienced Test & Cutover Lead for a large-scale HR transformation programme involving the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors.
The programme focuses on implementing a modern HR platform, harmonising HR processes and establishing a new delivery model. You will take overall responsibility for test and cutover activities, working closely with HR, IT, business stakeholders, the implementation partner and external vendors.
You will be part of the core programme team and report directly to the Programme Manager.
What You Will Work On
- Develop and maintain the overall test strategy and integrated test plan.
- Plan and coordinate all testing phases, including data migration, system, integration, end-to-end, regression and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Ensure test environments, test data, entry and exit criteria, and stakeholder availability are in place.
- Coordinate testing across HR processes, systems, integrations and data migration.
- Establish and manage defect handling, prioritisation, tracking and resolution.
- Monitor test quality, progress, defects, risks and overall quality status.
- Develop and maintain an integrated cutover plan covering technical deployment, data migration, business readiness, dependencies, roles and responsibilities.
- Coordinate cutover rehearsals, go/no-go decisions and the transition to production.
- Manage cutover activities across HR, IT, business teams, implementation partners and external vendors.
- Identify, manage and escalate risks, issues and dependencies.
- Prepare status reports and decision-making materials for programme management and the steering committee.
What You Bring
- Proven experience leading testing in complex HCM or ERP implementation programmes.
- Proven client-side experience leading cutover activities in complex HCM or ERP programmes.
- Experience from large-scale business and technology transformation programmes.
- Strong experience coordinating multiple testing phases across systems, integrations, data migration, business processes and end users.
- Extensive experience in defect management, quality assurance, risk management and status reporting.
- Ability to work strategically and operationally, taking a hands-on approach when required.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English.

- Previous experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation programmes.
- Experience with multinational or multi-country implementations.
