Mission Consultancy Assistance Sweden AB is seeking **Test Engineers** to join its team in Gothenburg. Working as consultants, successful applicants will collaborate with clients on innovative projects, primarily within the **automotive industry**, though opportunities also exist in other sectors. The core duties involve preparing and executing a diverse range of tests directly on vehicles and in Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) environments, which requires strong problem-solving skills. Applicants must hold a **B.Sc. or M.Sc. in a relevant field**, possess a valid Swedish B driving licence, and have relevant experience in testing. While prior testing experience in the automotive industry and a passion for vehicles are advantageous, they are not strictly required. Selection also prioritises candidates with knowledge of CANoe, CANalyzer, and automotive diagnostic tools, alongside familiarity with dSpace toolchains and good proficiency in MATLAB or Simulink.

The job

As a Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in preparing and conducting a wide range of tests on vehicles and in Hil (Hardware in loop). You must possess strong problem-solving skills and a positive, can-do attitude. If you have a passion for vehicles, that's a big plus!
