Veritaz AB is seeking a **Test Strategy Lead** for an assignment focused on orchestrating comprehensive testing across complex IT solutions. The position is responsible for developing and maintaining the overall test strategy and test plan, leading and supporting testers, and planning and coordinating activities between business stakeholders, IT, and external suppliers. Core responsibilities include **leading system, integration, and business acceptance testing**, ensuring requirements are met through appropriate test cases, managing defect tracking, and securing test environments and data. The lead also monitors quality, dependencies, and risks, reports status to project leadership, and evaluates remaining risks prior to go-live while coordinating closely with project managers, product owners, solution architects, and technical teams. Candidates must hold a relevant university degree or equivalent experience and possess at least **nine years of experience planning and leading testing** across multiple phases. Demonstrated experience handling complex solutions with multiple integrations and dependencies is required, alongside deep expertise in test methodology, test data, and defect management. The role also demands strong risk and quality management capabilities, the ability to work independently, and strong written and spoken English communication skills.

Assignment Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Test Lead
What You Will Work On
- Develop and maintain the overall test strategy and test plan
- Plan and coordinate testing between business, IT and external suppliers
- Lead and support project testers and other testing participants
- Lead system testing, integration testing and business acceptance testing
- Ensure test cases and acceptance criteria cover requirements and key use cases
- Ensure appropriate test data and test environments are available
- Lead defect management and follow up test results
- Monitor quality, risks and dependencies and report status to project management
- Assess remaining quality risks before go-live
- Coordinate closely with project managers, Product Owners, Solution Architects, Tech Leads, development and integration teams
- Create structure and alignment across complex testing activities
What You Bring
- Relevant university degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 9 years of experience planning and leading testing across multiple test phases
- Experience from complex solutions with multiple integrations and dependencies
- Strong understanding of:
