Responsibilities include analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional system solutions, configuring TMS parameters, workflows, and business rules, and assessing the impact of process changes. The role also entails conducting functional testing, maintaining configuration documentation, building internal system knowledge, and collaborating closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and external suppliers to enhance logistics operations. Applicants must have demonstrated experience with **TMS, WMS, ERP, or other critical supply chain systems**, alongside a solid understanding of transport and logistics processes. Practical experience in functional system configuration, solution design, and functional testing is required. Strong analytical and collaborative skills are essential, as is **fluency in both Swedish and English**, written and spoken. It is considered meritorious to have experience with Manhattan Active Transportation Management or other Manhattan solutions, a background in retail, FMCG, or wholesale, or prior involvement in large-scale logistics transformations.

Assignment Description
The client is transforming its logistics landscape and is looking for a TMS System Engineer to design, configure, and validate its Transport Management System (TMS).
You will translate business requirements into functional system solutions, improve transport and logistics processes, and work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and external suppliers.
